Refund & Returns Policy

At Girlontopporn, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return a product and receive a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects: The product has a flaw in materials or workmanship.
- Damage during shipping: The product arrived damaged due to transit.
- Wrong item received: You received a different product than what you ordered.
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size expectations, or personal preference. If you have any concerns about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
2. Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery confirmation to request a return.
3. Reporting Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim quickly, please include photos showing:
- The visible damage to the product.
- The outer shipping box and its condition.
- The shipping label (must be readable).
- The inner packaging materials.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@girlontopporn.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos as described above (for damaged items).
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns (defective, damaged, or wrong items), we cover the return shipping cost. You will not be charged for returning a qualifying item.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@girlontopporn.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
